Gacha Life Series ∙ 10 Episodes ∙ 2019—2020 ∙ Complete

𖥔 Description 𖥔

Back when witches and mortals were still civilized, a witch by the name of Agatha released the darkest and devastating spell across the land. It affected the mortals, transforming them into "Cryptic Souls"—the name of the spell. These creatures would feed off their body whilst extracting one's soul, making it impossible for the deceased to move on after death. This is where the Cryptic War continued on for the past decade. In present times, there are still cryptic souls roaming the lands. Mortals are led to look down upon witches, painting them as "the disease of this world" due to Agatha's curse. Witches are killed every time one is encountered, sparing no lives, so the world could "be at peace" again while simultaneously destroying witch academies. Which leaves only two left.In reality, the witches loathed Agatha for what she'd done. Making the magic wielding beings misunderstood throughout the years.Witches are now training to become stronger while searching for a way to gain the mortals' trust back. The two witch academies, Mephgazub and Mogarip, are the only ones left standing to aid each other. Though, with cryptic souls being in the way, it's an ultimate challenge.

It's the late 1800s, a boy by the name of Edward is disheartened when he finds out that his mother has been murdered by a group in relation to their family's wealth, leaving him with just his father. This leads to him having reoccurring dreams about bringing his mother back in vengeance.Edward becomes inspired by a man inventing something that ultimately transformed everyone's lifestyle during this time. Because of this, he develops an idea of time traveling based on his dreams. He shares his idea with his father about creating a time machine to travel to the past to save his mother, but his father reckons that it is impossible to create a machine to "change time". Yet, he continues to help him with the project to keep a candle lit for Edward's passion.Over time, his father finds a new, wealthy, fiancée who will become Edward's stepmother. Edward ends up having to tend to his time machine by himself due to his father slowly forgetting about it. Things were well up until his stepmother forced him to marry one of her cousins, Annette. Edward became disgusted by the idea and was never interested in marriage in the first place. His soon-to-be stepmother becomes furious and urges Edward to try to finish the time machine quickly before it's too late.A week before marrying Annette, his time machine was barely finished. Testing his machine out of desperation did not work at first. Though, little did he know, it'd take him by surprise the same day. The time machine didn't take him to the past where he intended, but the future. Year 2218.

During this, they meet a ruthless young man named Ken, who saves their lives, despite leaving a bloody mess behind. They soon realise that their new friend Ken can travel between universes with his melanistic grey wolf, and that there is a pair of twins that have been destroying these universes in a quest to renew their tainted name. As the two twins stumble upon Ariella's world, they form a rift in the city that they are in, causing their worlds to collide. As new talented people fall out of the rift, can Ariella, Okami, and Ken work together with them all to end the twins' reign of destruction?Description by Nick

I want to thank and honor the people who were involved in the production of this movie—a movie with veiled potential. From the voice actors, animators, artists, writers, music producers, producers, directors, auditionees, and those who were just there to support us along the way. You've all done the utmost incredible job to make it to where we were able to build a team, finish the entire script, and release an official trailer. It is admittedly unfortunate because of what has led to this project to come to a sudden stop. This entire event has undeniably educated every one of us on what to do and what not to do when you are operating something like this. From now on, I will take this as a lesson if I ever decide to jump back into producing content like the Worlds Collide again. I will forever appreciate all of your hard work. Thank you.

Omen has been in the medical field for 9 years. From witnessing the passing of patients every so often, his mind becomes heavily occupied on what could truly happen after death. Some days, he would sit in his office and slowly drift into a midlife crisis because of this—causing him to fall behind on his work."Is there an afterlife? Where do we go? Is there a heaven or hell? Do we just reincarnate and that's it?"After a stressful shift, he decides to treat himself to a walk in a park that was said to be very peaceful during dusk by his colleagues. It was zen. Until a group in black hooded cloaks with an unknown creature as their masks abduct him. Now posted up on a wooden pillar in the middle of a "decorated circle" somewhere in the forest, Omen is drowned by the chants of a cryptic language.Omen wakes up in an unfamiliar area where he couldn't physically touch, smell, taste, or even breathe. He is told to "go back to work" by what seems to look like a demon that typically looks terrifying at first sight.The Overworld, the true afterlife. Where the dead do "tasks" and complete certain deeds in order for them to move on from death.

After over a decade of witches being wronged due to Agatha's impetuous choice to unwittingly cast one of the darkest spells in the world, forever changing the view for the mortals, it is finally put to an end thanks to Percival’s sacrifice. Even when the antagonism laid upon the witches has been cleared in the land of Eaddirene, the rest of the world still needs to be set free from the shadowing deception.The academy Honor Team students of Mephgazub and Mogarip, along with mortals and other witches, are set to voyage across the world to spread unity. While aware that cryptic souls are still roaming the lands, the inexplicable sudden rise of the cursed creatures is much grander compared to the first time they came into existence. Without the voyagers’ knowledge of this, witches throughout have been mysteriously losing their power while mortals are being outnumbered and attacked by the cryptic souls at the same time; both groups falling to their demise. Just like killing two birds with one stone. No one knows why this is all happening, what is causing it, and where it’s coming from.The clock is ticking for “the end of the world” is what seems to be… slowly yet quickly looming to something—or someone's obscure goal.
